DSCL acquires Chemical Transport Permit

On June 9, 2025, DSCL acquired a chemical transport permit from the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Board.

This license is required to transport pesticide or toxic chemicals weighing 100 kilograms or 100 litres or more whether by air, land or water.

DSCL now has a list of approved vehicles and drivers to conduct this business. Currently we have two trained drivers certified by the Pesticide Board and we are awaiting certification for a few others.  

This certification is the lawful mandate required under the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Regulations (NO. 8 OF 2004) Part VII, 136 - 145 Transportation of Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals.
